O DESAFIO DA FORMAÇÃO CONTINUADA ONLINE DOS PROFESSORES NA EDUCAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL E TECNOLÓGICA DO SENAI

Resumo

The transformations that have been occurring in society with the insertion of digital information and communication technologies (TDICs) have been contributing to a new view of the educational scenario. Therefore, this new situation in the classroom makes teachers rethink their teaching practices in order to adapt educational spaces to meet the demand of students who are rooted in a knowledge-based society. Taking this perspective into consideration, we present in this article an online continuing education experience, the Post-Graduation Program in Teaching Professional Education, where teachers from the Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Industrial (SENAI) are called to discuss and reflect in order to build.  A creative and innovative pedagogical praxis from / with technologies. Every process is carried out in a virtual learning environment, which enable the contact with different kinds of media, instigating new potentialities of pedagogical making. The "research-training" methodology is carried out not only in the academic environment but also within the workplaces of the researchers, which favors the interlocution of all the involved actors allowing significant transformations in the researched environment. This research provides a deep reflection between actions and problem solving in a collective, cooperative and participatory environment.
